Raised in the vibrant tech-hub of Kitchener-Waterloo, Fabiola pursued her passion for law at the University of Ottawa, where she earned her law degree.

Since joining the legal profession, Fabiola has worked closely with emerging tech companies through various growth stages, from formation and seed financing to acquisition. With her diverse skillset and dedication to client success, Fabiola is committed to supporting clients at every stage of their journey. Outside the legal realm, Fabiola is passionate about fitness and wellness. As a personal trainer, she enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her dog, Freya. Whether engaged in a rigorous workout or enjoying a scenic hike, Fabiola finds balance and inspiration in both her professional and personal life.

Janelle advises emerging and growing companies and their investors across the business lifecycle. She advises on venture financings, M&A, securities, corporate governance, and general corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Pulse, Janelle was a corporate associate at a prominent Bay Street firm and in-house counsel at a high growth blockchain company. Her work has been featured in the press and considered by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Outside of work, Janelle enjoys travelling, cooking, and reading non-fiction.

Joseph was born and raised in the Waterloo Region and was always drawn to the start-up world and assisting entrepreneurs. This led Joseph to attend St. Francis Xavier University where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and majored in Entrepreneurship before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa.

Joseph prides himself by not only assisting entrepreneurs by providing effective legal advice but also by utilizing his background in business to help understand the needs of all business owners whether they are early stage ventures or later stage corporations.

Beyond his legal endeavours, Joseph sits on the board of directors for two local organizations and in his spare time enjoys all things fitness and supporting the Buffalo Bills.

Originally from the GTA, Cynthia now calls Guelph home. She achieved her Bachelor of Commerce at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly, Ryerson University) and obtained her law clerk certification through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has almost 20 years of legal service under her belt.

 Cynthia is passionate about providing top-notch service and making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

 When she’s not working hard for clients, you’ll find her juggling life as a busy mom and embracing the everyday chaos with a smile. Dale Dale Argentina!

 Outside of work, she enjoys playing the guitar and finds inspiration through music and other creative outlets.

David Hussey is the Operations Manager at Pulse Law, bringing over a decade of experience within the Kitchener-Waterloo tech sector at companies and community accelerators.

Having worked around tech and business for nearly a decade, the transition to Pulse Law has allowed him to act on the team’s vision of a modern, innovation, and practical law firm. He is an expert at identifying and implementing innovative solutions and firm initiatives to improve the client and team member experience at Pulse. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, walking the dog, and checking out the latest local brewery.

Olivia Rogalla combines her passion for people-first workplaces with expertise in operations and organizational management as the People and Facilities Specialist at Pulse Law. With experience in human resources, administration, and strategic operations, Olivia plays a key role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day functions and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Olivia brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to her work and is committed to building efficient, people-centered systems that help teams thrive.

Outside of work, Olivia is a busy mom who enjoys cooking and gardening. She is an advocate for community engagement and restorative practices and has contributed her skills as a board member and justice volunteer.
