Pulse Law Opens Toronto Office

Pulse News

Pulse Law LLP is pleased to announce that it has officially opened its second office in Toronto. This solidifies the firm’s presence in the provincial capital and its commitment to clients throughout the Toronto-Kitchener-Waterloo innovation corridor.

Led by Josh Rosen, who joined the firm earlier this year, the opening of the Toronto office marks another significant milestone for Pulse Law since the firm’s launch in 2024, adding to its strategic alliance with Dentons and the rapid growth of its team.

“We are excited to continue our growth with the opening of our Toronto office. This expands our reach to continue delivering great service to our existing clients and unlock immense potential in Canada’s financial hub,” said Todd Bissett, Co-Founder and CEO. “As we continue to evolve Pulse Law, this development creates powerful synergies and allows us to connect our clients in Canada’s most active tech hubs,” said Irena Kramer, Co-Founder and COO.

“I am thrilled to lead Pulse Law’s Toronto presence and welcome current and future clients to our new home at 200 Bay Street,” said Josh Rosen, Toronto Office Lead, “We are now even more embedded in Canada’s tech, life sciences and economic ecosystems and eager to leverage our geographic reach to offer innovative legal services to clients across the province.”
