Pulse Law acted as counsel to the sellers of Plum.io Inc. (“Plum”) in connection with its acquisition by Phenom Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Phenom, a global leader in talent experience management.

Plum is an AI-powered talent intelligence platform that helps organizations make data-driven hiring and talent development decisions by scientifically measuring human potential. The transaction expands Phenom’s suite of AI-driven talent solutions, integrating Plum’s psychometric assessment and talent analytics capabilities into Phenom’s broader Talent Experience Management platform, which is used by hundreds of enterprise clients worldwide.

Pulse Law advised Plum on this transaction with a team that included Todd Bissett, Ree Kramer, Fabiola Alvarez and Cole McArthur.
