Radhika Vaidyanathan leads the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Pulse Law. She brings over 15 years of experience from a leading international law firm, including international experience as a foreign-qualified lawyer, advising clients on complex corporate and transactional matters in Canada and across borders. Her practice focuses on supporting growth-oriented businesses and investors across a broad range of industries, from early-stage and emerging companies to established organizations pursuing strategic growth.
Radhika advises on mergers and acquisitions and other transformative transactions across the business life cycle. She works with founders, management teams, companies, and investors on M&A, growth and investment transactions, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters. Having acted for both buyers and sellers, and issuers and investors, she brings a balanced, commercially grounded perspective to every deal.
