She brings over 15 years of experience from a leading international law firm, including international experience as a foreign-qualified lawyer, advising clients on complex corporate and transactional matters in Canada and across borders. Her practice focuses on supporting growth-oriented businesses and investors across a broad range of industries, from early-stage and emerging companies to established organizations pursuing strategic growth.

Radhika advises on mergers and acquisitions and other transformative transactions across the business life cycle.
