Fabiola’s practice focuses on advising emerging and high-growth technology companies at every stage of their lifecycle. She regularly assists clients with incorporation and organization, contract drafting and negotiation, and venture financing, through to acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She regularly works with founders, operators, and investors, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice that supports growth and long-term success.

Fabiola particularly passionate about working with start-ups and scaling companies, and takes pride in being a responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused advisor. Her approach is grounded in understanding each client’s unique goals and delivering clear, efficient guidance as they navigate complex legal and business decisions.

She is actively engaged in the local technology and start-up community and enjoys supporting entrepreneurs as they build and grow their businesses.

Outside of work, Fabiola is passionate about fitness and wellness. As a certified personal trainer, she enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with my dog, Freya. Whether through a challenging workout or a scenic hike, she values the balance and discipline that these pursuits bring to both her personal and professional life.
