Hailing from Creemore, Ontario, Cole’s path to law included receiving his Bachelor of Law and Legal Studies, specializing in Business Law, from Carleton University, and subsequently being a part of the inaugural class of Toronto Metropolitan University’s newly formed law school (formerly, Ryerson University) – a program designed to equip lawyers for modern, technology-driven legal practice. Since his call to the bar in 2023, Cole has gained in experience as a lawyer in a wide variety of corporate legal settings, including large and small firms in private practice, as well as working as in-house counsel.

Cole’s practice focuses on delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to the specific needs of his clients. He is committed to providing clear, efficient, and accessible guidance while maintaining the high standards expected of sophisticated legal practice. His experience in both private practice and in-house roles enables him to approach matters with a balanced, solutions-focused perspective.

Outside of the work, you can find Cole enjoying the outdoors and staying active through a wide manner of activities including snowboarding, CrossFit, mountain biking, golfing, camping, fishing, and hunting. He is also an enthusiastic hockey player and is always willing to join a late-night skate or team event.
